Log into Client Central at Yardi.com to download 2009 End of Year Procedures and Instructions for processing 1099’s. 1099’s may be submitted to the IRS as printed copies or as an electronic file. Yardi Systems announced that multifamily real estate management company Epoch Management, Inc., has purchased Yardi CHECKscan™, which integrates with Epoch’s Yardi Voyager™ property management and accounting system to sharply reduce the time and labor Epoch spends processing rent payments.
