If you are running version 4.3 AND you have one or more Sage Extended Solutions installed, you will need to install Service Update 21 instead of the year end IRD. SU 21 is scheduled to be posted on Monday, Dec. 27.

These table updates are for all supported versions of MAS 90 and MAS 200 (v4.x and 3.72, 3.73 and 3.74 SQL)

Google's vision of a cloud-only notebook is here. Here's how it compares to traditional laptops and to tablets like the iPad. The only way to run traditional apps on a Chromebook is through a desktop virtualization client such as Citrix Receiver, which will be available for Chrome OS.

In its third-quarter report, online security company McAfee said Wednesday that average daily malware growth has reached its highest level ever, with an average of 60,000 new ones identified each day.

Santa Clara-based McAfee (NYSE:MFE) said that is almost quadruple the 2007 amount.

At the same time, spam levels decreased in volume this quarter, both globally and in local geographies. Spam hit a two-year low this quarter.
